Yoga in the Gardens

June-August
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7pm

Breathe in fresh air as you practice yoga with Kerri Spromberg and Elizabeth Robinson for Yoga in the Gardens.   

$5 per person, cash only paid at the beginning of the program

Gentle flow yoga practice that focuses on breath and alignment. Yoga for everybody and every body. Bring your own yoga mat. 

Vaccinated?  Then you do not need to wear a mask.

Unvaccinated?  Then you should wear a mask-this includes children not vaccinated over the age of 2.  



Mondays with Kerri Spromberg & WAYA
Kerri Spromberg is an ERYT-500 and is registered with yoga alliance, along with being certified in Trauma-informed yoga. Live Today Yoga is her business and WAYA is a community of instructors who come together and offer classes for the past 6 years at Monk Gardens. 

Wednesdays with Elizabeth Robinson
Elizabeth was Initially introduced to elements of yoga through her dance education at Central Wisconsin School of Ballet and then the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Her curiosity and love for the practice continued to grow leading her to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher. She is also trained in FLY Yoga Arts as well as Trauma-Informed Yoga. Elizabeth has been teaching in Wausau for the past two years at Yoga at the Hall and Central Wisconsin School of Ballet. She is passionate about finding ways that we can experience greater freedom in our bodies and in our being, challenge ourselves by pushing our edge, and open ourselves to see things anew with a beginner's mind.
