There are many plants in our area that have come from various parts of the world. Some of them are beautiful additions to our gardens and landscaping. But others can grow out of control and harm our native ecosystems. Learn about which species are commonly invasive in our area, the problems they can create, and how to control them on your own property. In this workshop we will be observing various species that we are trying to control in the Gardens and learn the techniques we have found helpful in their control. We will also look at the DNR website to learn about the wealth of very helpful information available there.
