Patrick has been foraging for wild plants and mushrooms from Florida to Wisconsin - and many states in
between - for well over a decade.  He’s lived in Wausau since 2009.  After years of research, and several
worn out hiking shoes, he’s learned when and where to find the most flavorful foods the forest provides
in Central Wisconsin.  He works in post-secondary education at Rasmussen College and has a passion for
learning and teaching, especially when it comes to foraging, fishing, hunting, processing, and preparing
wild foods.
