Yoga in the Gardens

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6-7pm

Breathe in fresh air as you practice yoga with Kerri Spromberg and Jean Miller for Yoga in the Gardens.   

$5 per person
 

Bring your own mat and relax with Yoga in the Gardens on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Yoga in the Gardens will be in the main event lawn, and social distancing of at least 6ft is required. Masks are required at all times, except when all participants are on their mats and yoga instruction has begun. Space is limited to 15 people total per class (14 students, 1 teacher).

The Gardens is opening specifically for this class at 6pm on Wednesday and Thursdays. You'll be greeted at the gate by Gardens staff and then head to the event lawn for Yoga!

Thursdays with Jean Miller

Gentle flow yoga practice that focuses on breath and alignment. Yoga for everybody and every body. Bring your own yoga mat. A few extra mats will be available.  

Jean Miller is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Her business is What's Going Down Dog?
