1st Annual Children's Shakespeare Festival

Bring the whole family along with blankets or chairs to get comfortable for the children's theater performance of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream performed by Wausau's Out of the Woods theater group. This magical event will celebrate the fun and comedy of the play through fairy  crafts and an interactive performance.


 
Kids will be able to participate in a variety of activities including: face painting, creating fairy gardens, and designing masks and rain sticks. Activities will be followed by performance.

 
This condensed version of Shakespeare's comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, featuring fairies & more is a wonderful introduction for children to classic literature as it brings them into a world of mischief, magic & love. The performance will be interactive and fun!

 
Tickets can be purchased at the door. CASH ONLY.
$5 Members/$8 Nonmembers (3 and under free)

 
Fun Factory will provide gelato and popcorn.

 
Doors open at 12:30pm; Show begins at 2:00pm

 
Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

 
Water will be available at no cost-just bring a water bottle/cup or you can purchase a Monk Gardens water bottle.

 
No outside drinks, food and tents allowed.
