Annual Ginseng Festival

Join us for Cooking Demonstrations from Leading Chefs in Wausau and Beyond

September 15th-16th, 10:30am-2:30pm

Join local chefs and Jack Lee for cooking demonstrations incorporating ginseng in each menu item.  All participants will receive a taste of the prepared dish. Free to the public.  All demonstrations will be hosted at the Kitchen Potager at Monk Botanical Gardens.
